Inhale guides you through this process using a simple UI with an animated breathing circle. By default, Inhale uses the popular 4-7-8 breathing pattern. This involves a 4 second inhale, a 7 second hold, and an 8 second exhale. You can customize each of these components to match your goals. Just tap the circle and relax.
